Wow, here we are….a few days past Christmas and only a few days away from a brand new year. I still can’t get over how quickly 2012 flew by. I know that time went by so quickly that things that I wanted to get done, like family photos, just didn’t get done.
Evidently I’m not alone. Normally my deadline for taking Christmas card photos for families is Thanksgiving. But when Aimee called me about photos for her family, how could I say no? After all, I certainly didn’t have MY own act together in that respect. I knew that I could make it work for her as long as Mother Nature cooperated, so we went for it. Unfortunately, Mother Nature did NOT cooperate the first time we planned, but it did work out the second time. Whew! Here’s a peek at my pics from their family shoot, which was my last official photo shoot of 2012.

Officially, that’s a wrap for me for 2012. Unofficially, my own family photos will be done this Saturday…finally! Better late than never, right? New Year’s cards sound like a super idea this year.
