Today I’m excited to bring you sneak peeks for Amanda L ~ who is not only a senior at Mariemont High School ~ but also one of my awesome assistants! I’m so lucky to have two ladies this year that are so talented and fun to be with and I will miss them SO MUCH when they leave me next summer to go to college! ::::: sob :::::
Amanda is so involved at school that it’s amazing to me that she has any free time at all, never mind to share some of it with me. Amanda is the Senior Class President and Key Club Lieutenant Governor. She’s also in Leadership Council, National Honor Society, serves on the Student Curriculum Committee, runs Cross Country, and plays on the varsity Basketball team. Amanda has also been in several of the spring musicals, and has a keen eye for photography, winning several awards for her photos while at MHS and exhibiting her work in Fotofocus.
Outside of school (in addition to hanging around with me), you can find Amanda baking all sorts of creative and tasty treats. She hopes to study business starting next fall. Her favorite movie is Aquamarine and her favorite ice cream is Moose Tracks. Amanda is the youngest of two and since her brother is away at college (M GO BLUE!) she shares her space with her awesome parents and kitties Simba, Maisy, and Piper.
Amanda booked her session with me literally in January (I think) so that she could reserve the last Sunday in October for the fall colors and fall fashions and it was worth it! We took a bit of a road trip to thoroughbred horse country in Kentucky to take advantage of the beautiful fall color and as you will see, it did not disappoint. Big props to Equus Run Vineyards in Midway KY for letting us shoot at your beautiful winery. Amanda, I hope you like your pics as much as I do!
