I’ve been excited to share this, it’s been in the planning for a while. I don’t normally run family mini-sessions, but my daughter Mauri has committed to traveling to Dharamasala, India next May to work on the Women and Girls’ Empowerment Project with Cross Cultural Solutions. I’m so proud of and excited for her! It’s always been a dream of hers to travel to India, and given that she has a strong desire to help women, this seems like the perfect fit.

Obviously trips like this take some planning and funding. We aren’t ones to raise money by just asking for it, so I’ve decided to offer mini portrait sessions all summer with 100% of the proceeds going to her India fund. These sessions can be for your family, your children, you and your best friend, your pets, your true love…whatever you like! You’ll get 20 minutes of shooting and five to ten high resolution digital images delivered to you electronically. If you want, I’ll also web optimize them so that you can easily share them on social media.
Sessions are $99 and will be shot either at Rowe Arboretum in Indian Hill or in my studio space across the river in Newport Kentucky. Reservations are limited, so book ASAP. I will keep the special open until the end of August. If you’re interested in giving one of these mini sessions as a gift for someone else, that’s great too, just shoot me an email at barb@barbhoganphoto.com and I’ll make it happen. If you use it as a gift, I’ll honor the gift session for a year.
